Please complete this form if you have an upcoming event that you would like a Sign Up Genius created to request item donations and/or volunteers. Your sign up genius will be posted to the HTMS PTSA Volunteer webpage, the Husky Headlines, and to the appropriate HTMS Facebook page. Sign Up Genius will provide reminders; however, please note we are not responsible for any requests left unfilled or communicating to volunteers about the filled requests.
