2022 WildStang Robotics Program Travel Survey
This year, all WildStang Robotics Program (WSRP) students are provided the opportunity to travel to all competitions.  
All students are encouraged to travel and participate.  
Please complete this short survey indicating your child's interest in and availability to travel this season.  
Students chosen as a member of Drive team or Pit Crew are required to attend ALL competitions.  
This survey does not represent a commitment to travel, rather provides indicated interest for team planning purposes.  Please note hotel rooms will be assigned to accommodate one student per bed (or two students per room only).   All students must meet the travel criteria as outlined in the WSRP 2022 Travel Handbook.

The WSRP teams will be attending the Central Illinois Regional competition in Peoria, IL.  The competition dates are Thursday, March 17th - Saturday, March 19th (with team travel on Wednesday, March 16th evening).  Would your child be available over these dates?   *
If you answered 'Maybe' to your child's availability to attend Peoria Competition, please explain.
The approximate cost for travel to Peoria will be between $230 - $265 per student.  This fee includes hotel stay for 3 nights, breakfast and dinner each day.  WRSA is providing a $100 travel subsidy for each student that travels, reducing your out of pocket cost to $130 - $165 total.  Would this out of pocket cost deter your child's ability to travel?

All WSRP students are expected to attend the Midwest Competition in Chicago, Friday, April 8th & Saturday, April 9th.  Is there any reason your child would not be available to attend one or both days? *

If either WSRP teams advance to the World Championship in Houston, TX, members of both teams will be eligible to travel.  The competition dates are Wednesday, April 20 - Sunday, April 24th (with team travel on Tuesday, April 19th, after school).  Would your child be available over these dates?   *
