Janet Currie Speaker Event
Professor Janet Currie, an economics professor at Princeton University will be giving a 30 minute presentation on her research on mental health and her experience as a woman in the field. The event will be taking place on January 26th via Zoom at 7:30 pm. We hope you can join us!
Girls in Economics is an organization dedicated to growing and fostering girls’ interest in economics. As of September 2021, only 26% of all female economists are women, and Girls in Economics’ strives to change that, through hosting speakers such as this one by professionals in the field, and facilitating conversations between members about how we will change this statistic.
