UIC Instrumental Area Ensemble Placement Audition Form

The following form is will collect important information for all students playing woodwind, brass, and percussion intending to participate in one or more of the following UIC Ensembles: Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, or Orchestra.

Ensemble placement auditions for these UIC ensembles will take place from August 21-23 and are held in the Education, Theatre & Music, Social Work (ETMSW) building, 1040 W. Harrison St. These auditions do not exclude anybody from ensemble participation, but help us hear your current performance level to place you in the most appropriate ensemble and assign music.
