The artist holds the copyright to the work featured, and grants the CAA permission to both photograph and reproduce the artwork for publicity and sales purposes. This includes usage online, at cambridgeart.org; on CAA's Shopify website; and on CAA's social platforms. This permission extends to usage of the image in printed catalogs and materials published by the CAA; and other promotional avenues under the discretion of CAA staff and leadership.

Because our instructional program is self-sustaining, revenue from course fees must cover all instructional and material costs. If revenue is inadequate because registration is below minimum, the CAA may cancel a course. Cancellation of courses that do not reach minimum enrollment takes place one week before starting date (registration due date in our brochure).
