Pleasant Valley PTA Outstanding Educator Award Recommendation Form
Each year, Pleasant Valley PTA honors an educator who demonstrates continual exceptional service to our school community.  The Outstanding Educator Award is presented to an individual who has made significant contributions to enhancing the educational outcomes of all children or youth.  This award may be bestowed upon a teacher, assistant, custodian, bus driver, administrator, or community member.  

The recipient of this award will receive a lapel pin and a special certificate.  In addition, our PTA will contribute $65 in the recipient’s name to the Washington State PTA Scholarship Foundation. This foundation contributes to the future of youth by awarding grants to students who are freshmen entering post-secondary education.
