Only Cash or Checks will be accepted for payment at our Event's  Welcome Desk. 

THIS FORM IS DESIGNED FOR ONLY FOR 1 PERSON TO MAKE THEIR RESERVATION AND MEAL CHOICE. IF THERE ARE TWO OR MORE IN YOUR PARTY, EACH ONE WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THEIR OWN  FORM. 

Our Event starts at 5:30 PM. To allow our host Event Establishment time to prepare for our event, WE WILL STOP ACCEPTING RESERVATION FORM RESPONSES ON MAY 30th, 2024 at 9 PM.

IF YOU MADE RESERVATIONS AND WANT TO CANCEL, YOU MUST CANCEL1 DAY BEFORE THE DATE ABOVE THAT WE STOP TAKING RESERVATIONS.  LATER THAN THAT CANCELATION DATE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR YOUR MEAL. TO CANCEL RESERVATIONS PLEASE  Go To our Website RCIRC.ORG  and go to the bottom of our right side bar. The cancel reservation link is there.  Continue to scroll down to complete the Form.   Starting with  Email then Tel # etc.  (*) Asterisk on form indicates Required Answers.
