Families of LCSD,

As the coronavirus situation continues to develop, we are looking at a number of ways to deliver the best possible experiences for students during the extended break, and we want to make sure all of our students can remain connected to their peers, teachers, and schools and have regular access to supplemental learning opportunities and materials.

Starting April 1, to extend the take home opportunity beyond the current grade 9-12 students, LCSD has created the form below for you to fill out if your household needs to borrow a Chromebook from LCSD for grade K-8 students. Please complete this form for each K-8 household that would need a Chromebook.

By selecting the yes box below you acknowledge that you would like your household to have a Chromebook loaned to them from LCSD.  You understand that the Chromebook is remotely filtered and tracked by LCSD.  You also acknowledge to return the Chromebook when school resumes, or at a time when the district requests its return, and that you will return the Chromebook and the power cables complete and in good working order.  Any failure to return a working Chromebook or one with missing cables may result in your need to replace them at your expense. * *
