Moffat's Mojo Meter for Educators
This is your opportunity to assess your current state of mind and physical well-being so you can pinpoint how prepared you are for the upcoming stressors that will come with whatever teaching situations we encounter as we teach during a pandemic.

In order to serve our students and our own families, we must have the stamina to stay healthy. It will require you to ask yourself some hard questions. Have the courage to answer them honestly. Identifying your challenges allow you to then know where to begin - and I will know how to best support you in your efforts.

Don't spend a lot of time on each question, instead, go with the first response that feels right then move on to the next question. When you are finished, hit submit and it will be sent to me so I can look at it and we can talk about your next steps!
