Thank you for supporting the Kingfisher's journey to become the official mascot of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The Kingfisher will need significant and demonstrated alumni support in order for our initiative to take flight. What better way to show off our alumni supporters than by creating the Illinois Alumni for the Kingfisher?

Increasing membership to the Illinois Alumni for the Kingfisher will prove to relevant University stakeholders that the Kingfisher mascot candidate should not be brushed to the side and forgotten. Instead, it sends a strong signal that University of Illinois alumni are ready to see our alma mater unify school spirit and create new traditions. By joining the alumni organization, you have the unique chance to give the Kingfisher more legitimacy and make her journey to becoming the UIUC's mascot that much faster.

By completing this form, you will officially become a member of the Illinois Alumni for the Kingfisher. Membership comes with our exclusive monthly newsletter, priority access to any Kingfisher merchandise, and the opportunity to become directly involved in this effort.

The first 100 people to become members will receive free Kingfisher T-shirts and bumper stickers! The next 100 people to become members will receive free bumper stickers! Please expect to cover the cost of shipping if you receive a T-shirt.

Current and former faculty, staff, and administrators of the UIUC are welcome to join this association! Students graduating in 2021 are also eligible to sign up.
