This form must be submitted by Sunday 27th September 2020 for all grades.
A player list form will be sent to your contact email and must be completed by Sunday 18th October 2020 (1 week prior to the competition).
The entry fee of $300 must be paid by Sunday 18th October 2020.
Uniformity reminder:
A Grade
Each team member must have matching colour of boat deck (top), helmet, pfd and rash shirt. Teams must have at least 20% of the boat deck non-black. Carbon and black are considered the same.
B Grade
Each team member must have matching colour of helmet, pfd (or bib) and rash shirt.
C/D Grade
Each team member must have matching colour of pfd (or bib).
