The purpose of the Michael Dean Sigmon, Jr. Scholarship is to provide an opportunity to allow the memory of Michael to continue to bless others.  Scholarships will provide financial support to individuals who are pursuing higher education, certifications, or who are serving others.  Successful applicants should be:
• working toward a degree from higher education (associate, bachelors, masters, doctoral degree) or,
• working toward certification(s) that are necessary for a profession or career or,
• participating in Christian ministry or missions.

RESIDENCE REQUIREMENT
Recipients must reside in the Darlington High School attendance zone or be an active member at Darlington Presbyterian Church.
