Strong Mama Project Application Form
The Strong Mama Project is a 12 week online fitness programme delivered by London Fitness Mamas. We work with women at all stages of their postpartum journey, whether you are 6 months or 6 years into being a mama. We've got you.

Online coaching is the single best way to fit in your workouts around your little one(s), work, and just general life as a mama. All this, while getting the results you desire. This is a more accessible and cost effective way to get personal training.

We work specifically with mamas aged between 25-40 to help them build strength, confidence and feel more energised. All from their workouts at home with short flexible sessions. We can also cater to gym users too.

The coaching is designed around your life with your family, whether you have 2 minutes or 30, we can make it work. We help guide you with little changes to your lifestyle so you get the results you want.

Your coaching is delivered through our app which can be found on the app store, just search for London Fitness Mamas and everything will go through there. You will get your programmes which arrive every 4 weeks, fitness assessments and progress shots are saved to your personal profile and you can contact your coach with questions on any areas you need help with.
