* The three (3) dates above are the minimum requirement to participate.
** After December 4th and except for January 15th, further voluntary participation and schedule will be considered flexibly among members.
*** Hybrid online and in-person sessions are planned to take precautions with the changing COVID-19 situation
VENUE:
The main venue is UDCK (located next to the Kashiwa-no-ha Campus Station of Tsukuba Express). On occasion, outdoor activities are planned, so please dress accordingly.
TARGET PARTICIPANTS:
Anyone with interest in the internationalization of the community or the smart city developments in Kashiwa-no-ha Campus. Some comfort in communicating in English may be necessary because the workshop will be done with international graduate students of the University of Tokyo and in partnership with UDCK.
* 10 years old and above (minors must be accompanied by parents) are welcome!
