Fencing Holiday Training - Expression of Interest Form
Please complete this form to register your interest and intention for holiday training on either/both Wednesdays (30/06/2021 and/or 07/07/2021) from 1pm to 5pm. You do not have to stay for the entire duration but it will be supervised with coaches and Mr Huynh during this allocated time. Depending on demand, training will run on either or both Wednesdays - also pending COVID-19 restrictions. Please complete this form ASAP so that Mr Huynh can lock in dates.
