As we continue to plan for a safe reopening of our school building, we would like to gather information regarding who is planning on sending their child(ren) physically to school,who is planning on utilizing the Adams Virtual Academy provided by the school district or who will independently home-school their child(ren). This information will help us make informed decisions and plans for a successful and safe school year.

Please take a moment to fill out the following survey by August 1st. Your answers can only be viewed by NAE building administrators. Thank you.

Option 1 - I plan on sending my child(ren) physically to the school building for learning.

Option 2 - I plan on utilizing the Adams Virtual Academy provided by the school (minimum one semester commitment)

Option 3 - I plan on independently home-school my child(ren) with a program of my choice. I understand they will no longer be students of the Adams County/Ohio Valley Local School District

Please choose a transportation option, given the requirement that children are required to wear a mask while riding on the school bus and the school day times of 9:00 to 3:15. *

Option 1 - My child will ride the school bus most of the time, if not all of the time.

Option 2 - My child will be a drop off/pick up most of the time, if not all of the time.

Option 3 - My child will do a combination of both options (parent drop in morning, bus in afternoon or bus in morning and parent pick up in afternoon

Option 4 - I will not require transportation, my child will be staying home.
