Love, Light, Shine LLC, Laughter Yoga is a great self-care activity for individuals to enhance their physical, mental, and emotional well- being. Laughter Yoga is a fun, creative, and low-intensive exercise that supports individuals with stress relief and enhances their mood. This activity empowers people to release stress through mindfulness, stretching, movement, laughter, affirmations, deep breathing, and meditation. People also have an opportunity to connect with others through laughter, joy, and play.
