The goal of this list is two fold: 1) a place to record information about eligible people and projects before the nomination form for the year is open, and 2) a lower-stakes way to make sure that potential nominators are aware of eligible people and projects for those of us who aren't good at self-promotion. Being on this list is not a guarantee of nomination (you should self-nominate for that!).
