Requirements to become a L.A.U.N.C.H. mentor:
- 12-month commitment
- Attendance and participation at group events at a minimum of once per month or equal to 4 hours a month
- Completion of pre-camp interview, training, and background check
- Attend 4 mentor check-ins/trainings over the 12 month period
- Respond to L.A.U.N.C.H requests, invites and communication within 72 hours of receipt
Our organization applies a group mentorship approach with the opportunity to develop your skills, improve your well-being and that of our participants, and to strengthen our community. Events will be scheduled on the weekends and follow the Chesterfield County Public Schools calendar.
