Parent Permission Form for Participation in Interest Group and or Organization 2023-2024
Although Interest Groups are school related through students, facilitators, and use of facilities, they are not formed or sponsored by the school district. Instead, they are formed out of the common interests of a significant number of students. Therefore, a student must have written parental permission in order to participate. Interest Groups may apply for Administrative Recognition. Groups meeting recognition requirements are entitled to certain limited privileges regarding the use of school properties.
