Knit A Tale is about people coming together for stories, to create them, to discuss them and bond over them.
Through 'Knit Your Own Tale' we are looking to take the same idea to support one another, to engage with one another over our own stories.

We all have a story, it is a part of us, it is truly ours, it is what makes us who we are.
In this support group, our focus is the journey of the group members and their mental health. It is a supportive atmosphere where we can have open discussions on different topics in every session and encourage our group members to be the authors of their own stories.

We believe, our stories connect us to one another. By supporting our stories, by supporting each other, we feel seen, we feel understood and we feel less lonely in this world.

About us:
We are a team of 2: Arva Dilawar and Neha Murali
We both are practising Counselling Psychologists and mental health practitioners. We are also the team behind Knit A Tale, a shared story-writing platform.

How does this work?
We usually meet on Sundays, the schedule which we will inform you well in advance at 4 pm (IST)
Each session will have a maximum of 10 group members other than the facilitators.
There will be discussions, activities, and other aspects to each session that will be curated and designed based on the needs of the group. These will be focused on the theme of the session, which will be decided on together, based on the needs of the group.
The sessions are charged at Rs.300 per session. Payment is necessary only for the sessions you join us for.
