TK Preschool Enrollment 2024/2025
Welcome to TK Preschool!  

This enrollment form is for anyone that is interested in enrolling his/her child in our tuition based preschool program. 

STEP ONE: Complete your preschool application. 
Save your spot in line by choosing your preferred class section.  Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis using the timestamp of your completed application. 

STEP TWO:  Wait for your confirmation email.
After completing your online application, look for a confirmation email within 48 hours with the next steps. 
Your confirmation email will contain an invitation to join Procare or to add your child to your existing account with us. 

STEP THREE: Enrollment Fee
The enrollment fee is $75 per student ($100/family).  An invoice will be posted in your Procare account and the payment may be paid online.  We will only collect an enrollment fee if we can offer you a confirmed spot in a classroom. 

STEP FOUR: Emergency Info and Health Appraisal
Before your child is able to attend preschool, we need to have a completed Child Information Record and a Health Appraisal signed by your child's physician. 

Enrollment cutoff dates: 
3 year old program: Must be 3 on or before September 1, 2024
Blended 3 and 4 year old program: Must be 3 on or before September 1, 2024
Young 4 year old program: Must be 4 on or before December 1, 2024
4 year old program: Must be 4 on or before September 1, 2024

All children in all programs must be fully potty trained. 

Please note that bus transportation is not available for our preschool programs.  

If you have more than one child to enroll, you will need to fill out one form for each child.
