2021 Loudoun Nature Days: Fall Park Tour
Loudoun Environmental Education Alliance (LEEA) would like to invite you to participate in the Loudoun Nature Days: Fall Park Tour on October 2 - 3.  This event will highlight activities or demonstrations that will be scheduled throughout the weekend at various outdoor parks and green spaces within Loudoun County to promote getting outside. There will be a publication distributed highlighting all the spaces and organizations involved, as well as where the participating sites are located within the county.  We are looking for groups who either have a space that they would like included in the tour or who are willing to host a program/demonstration at a space already involved. If you are interested but do not have a site, Loudoun County PRCS is offering space at any of its many parks for use during this event.

Activities can vary greatly. Examples include guided hikes, self-guided scavenger hunts, nature displays, campfires, historic tours, story walks, citizen-science opportunities, etc.  Activities can be scheduled for any length of time throughout the weekend as this event is meant to give people options and incentives to get outdoors. Note: We are also planning on adding QR codes to the publication leading to activities that can be self-guided at participating sites during open hours.

Thank you for your interest!
