Church Matching Bursary Application

The Vanguard College Church Matching Bursary is only available to full-time students. Students are considered Full-Time if they are enrolled in a minimum of three 3-credit courses and a practicum or internship.

Vanguard College will match up to $250* annually of bursaries provided by the student's church. This applies only to churches outside of the PAOC AB NWT District.

*Dollar values are subject to change based on the amount of available funding.

Fall term deadline: August 1
Winter term deadline: December 1

Vanguard College will issue a T4A to the student for the amount matched by the College.

If church funds are received for a student who does not enroll full-time, the funds will be returned to the church. If a student enrols, but later withdraws more than 7 days after the first day of class, Vanguard College will be unable to return church funds.

The church must complete and send in the form below with the cheque. Cheques should be payable to:
