TW Advanced Leadership Initiative program
Tomorrow's Women organization is inviting you to apply to our advanced leadership initiative program for women!

 We empowers young Israeli and Palestinian women to create change in areas of conflict , creating an understanding of the other and inspiring action to promote equality, peace, and justice for all. Founded in 2003 out of the realization that it only takes one person to change history, this vision holds true today: we believe that when equipped with the tools, skills, and confidence to lead, the power of just one extraordinary woman can transform conflict with strength and compassion.

This unique program will support and inspire young women from Palestine and Israel who are at the beginning of their professional and activist journeys. During the program, you will be asked to take part in three face to face workshops and nine online sessions by zoom, then initiate your project.

Throughout the program,  you will hear from activist leaders from the region, learn about the peacebuilding field, gain skills to develop and pitch your project for social change. You will be supported by a professional facilitators and an expert mentor from the field. The best projects will receive micro-grant to help make your dream project a reality.

The program is open to young Palestinian and Israeli women ages 18-29 who have gone through a Tomorrow's Women program or any other peace program in the region.
