SFLL Scholarship (FEE WAIVER) Form

SFLL Fee Waivers are available at four levels (100% / 75% / 50% / 25%)  to all who request them.  Complete this 1-minute financial aid request form and you will receive a confirmation message with instructions to finalize your registration in SportsConnect.

SFLL respects your privacy.  The information you enter into this form is kept strictly confidential. 

Contact registration@sfll.org if you have questions at any time.  Forms may not be edited after they have been submitted.   You will be sent a copy of your submission once complete.
