Mad Science: Delivered Order Form

Please fill out the form below to get your Mad Science: Delivered materials!

A square invoice will be sent for payment once we have received your order. Please note that 7% sales tax will be added to your order. These invoices must be paid by 5pm on Fridays for delivery that weekend. We have limited delivery weekends this fall. If the dates don't work for you, you can pickup bags sooner from our Labs.

Bags are $25/Bag. You will receive a Link to our Google Drive with Video Links and Instruction Pages. If you'd like Printed Instructions for your Bag, please check the box below. There is a $2/Bag fee for Printed Instructions.

Boo Bags are $25/each and include instructions.

FREE Delivery is available to Orange and Seminole Counties. Delivery to other counties can be added for an additional fee.

Please be patient with us, as it make take a bit to get your invoice to you.
