We want to hear from you!
The PTO Board would love for all of our families to share their opinions on the events we hold for our students. Please take a moment to rate the current events, potential events, as well as any ways in which you think we can improve! We want every family to feel heard and will take the results of this survey to help us structure events for next school year.

Walk-a-thon

Walk-a-thon is our biggest fundraiser of the year. Flyers are sent home with envelopes and our students collect donations from families and friends. Donations from this event support the PTO for the current school year. Students can earn prizes for various donation levels and participate walking the circle track setup outside of the school on the day of our event.

Class T-shirt Sales

T-Shirt sales are held at the start of the school year. Class t-shirts are worn on field trips, music concerts, field day, and other special days throughout the year. Please check all that apply:

I would prefer to buy my class shirt from a stand at open house

I would prefer to buy my class shirt via order form and it be sent home with my student

I loved being able to buy my class shirt online through SchoolPay. Please provide this option again

I would prefer to keep all individual classes at COOK with a different colored shirt

Fall Frenzy

This event was new in 2022! This was a free family event to mingle and build our school community. There were food trucks, a petting farm and bounce houses to enjoy.

Holiday Shop

Holiday Shop is held typically the week after Thanksgiving break and provides students the opportunity to shop for special gifts for loved ones. PTO works with FUNSERVICES to set up shopping opportunities for students to find the perfect gift for their family!

Flint Firebirds Night

This was a new event! Students and families had the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets to see a Flint Firebirds Hockey game. The students we able to participate in half time activities and walk on the ice after the game.

Daddy-Daughter Dance

On this night, the girls are encouraged to bring their dads or special someone of their choosing for a fun night of memories and dancing!

Culver's Restaurant Nights

Culver's donates a percentage of all sales from 5-8pm. During that time, students are welcome to join in the fun and help serve food both inside, and running orders out to the drive thru!

Field Day

Field day welcomes the students to visit approximately 20 stations and participate in all kinds of outdoor fun!! Typically help the last week of school.

Teacher Appreciation week and Conference Meals

While we will ALWAYS have unwavering appreciation and support for our teachers and staff, we would love to hear your opinions on how we execute some of the things we do! Check any and all that apply to you, feel free to add more ideas as "other"
