Please complete this form if you are interested in private bus service to the Q300 Lower Division (K-4) campus for the 2020-21 year. For new families, please do not complete this form until after you have registered at Q300.

This form only applies to families seeking private bus service. If you are looking for information on the buses provided by the DOE, please contact OPT or reach out to the school directly.

During the 2019-20 year, private bus service was available primarily in Forest Hills, Briarwood, Jamaica, and Brooklyn. Given the uncertainties regarding in-person education during the coming year, we anticipate significant changes in bus service. If private buses do operate in the fall, the bus company will be following new safety guidelines to reduce the risk of COVID-19 for our riders and bus staff including reduced capacity.

At this time, we are collecting a list of families interested in bus service to begin the process of considering options for the coming year. All families who complete this form will be contacted over the summer with more information. Completing this form does not commit you to the private bus. Further, this form does not guarantee private bus service will be available.

Finally, private buses are organized by parent volunteers in collaboration with the bus company. As this will be a challenging year, we hope you will consider joining the private bus committee to help us plan for this year.
