Hello and thanks for your interest in a reservation at Patent Pending! Reservations are OPTIONAL and PRE-PAID.  

Same day requests after 5pm cannot be confirmed, and same-day weekend requests cannot be confirmed.

Patent Pending is a walk-up cocktail bar, but now accepts optional, cocktail prix fixe reservations. If you would like to guarantee a spot, we are offering reservations which include a welcome sip, three cocktails & small bites prix fixe, and require pre-payment to finalize the reservation request. Patent Pending is taking limited reservations each night, in 1-hour, 30-minute blocks. Each block is $114 per person and includes a welcome sip, three drinks, small bites, and includes gratuity so no need to tip.
FAQs - Can we walk-in if we just want a drink or two?
Yes! We are first come first serve, and we always try and keep room for walk ins.
FAQs - What is the maximum group size?
Max party size at this time is 10 people. Anything over please email events@patentpendingnyc.com or visit our website and click the 'Private Events' page.
FAQs - Can we choose our own drinks off the menu?
Yes! You will absolutely be able to choose the drinks of your choice.
FAQs - What does the price include?
The price will get you a welcome drink, three signature cocktails, wine, or beer, small bites, and includes gratuity. One Legacy cocktail can be ordered (these are the cocktails usually priced over $25).
FAQs - What if I'm not drinking?
We will be able to make you non-alcoholic drinks, and the price will go down $25 to $89.
FAQs - What if I can't make my confirmed reservation?
For a full refund we'd ask for 48 hours notice. If shorter notice is given, you'll simply have a credit to use anytime in the future.
