For panel removal requests, we typically ask for 1 month's notice to be able to allow us to smoothly schedule our team and we look forward to providing an estimate for your panel removal within a week after your request has been submitted.

We recommend that panels be removed during every other cleaning cycle, unless your roof painters have assessed and identified specific reasons for getting underneath the panels more frequently. Generally the roof stays much cleaner underneath, as any soiling occurs on the panels and then washes off on the lower part of the roof.

We also recommend that, if not already, the roof be converted to an elastomeric paint by a skilled and knowledgeable roof painter. This type of paint is more durable and will stay cleaner and whiter for much longer, reducing maintenance and frequency between paintings. The time between roof painting can be extended to 5 years or more (with light power washing)!

The cost to convert the roof can be significant, but the investment will pay for itself over the first few years, with less frequent painting and maintenance.

Once you have reviewed and agreed to the estimate, we will require a 50% deposit to confirm and schedule an estimated date for your removal. We will coordinate with you and/or your roof painter as we approach the date.
