insights for non-profit organizations to better understand what motivates and impedes young professionals from volunteering.
We're investigating communication tactics relevant to converting audiences into volunteers for New England
regional 401(c)3
nonprofits. Specifically, we're identifying the tension points and touchpoints that help transition audiences from awareness to commitment. What this really means that the questions below will help us understand how young professionals learn about volunteering
opportunities and what non-profits can communicate to recruit new volunteers.
