Freestyle Sets
Freestyle/Mystery Sets = you choose the theme, I choose the art. If you are after a freestyle set, ensure you've selected this option along with your full set/refill/reapplication above.

In the below box please write the following preferences:

1. Length: BIAB (natural length) or EXTENSIONS: short, med, long, x-long, extreme (specify)
2. Budget: (art only) from $5 (min. $15 recommended)  
3. Colours you like: (be specific e.g pastel pink, neon, black, maroon, neutrals)
4. Art you like: e.g glitter, marble, ombré, french, flowers, hearts, butterflies, etc
5. Art style: minimal, medium or extra
6: Anything you dislike (colours, types of art)
7: Are you open to 3D decals such as 3D flowers, charms or rhinestones?
8: Preferred shape (almond, oval, coffin, square, stiletto)

A mystery set is a SURPRISE set! You won’t know the design until it is done, you’ll have to be specific in your preferences and trust the process! Keep in mind we don’t offer reapplication/removal of the design if you dislike it, it is intended to be a unique set to try new art!

Please write your available dates/times for your ideal week of your next appointment in the following format with the earliest time being the soonest you can arrive, and latest being the time you must leave.
E.g. "I'm Available
Monday 9th Jan 9am-12pm
Wednesday 11th Jan 3pm-6pm
Thursday 12th Jan 9:30am-2pm, 6pm-9pm 
Saturday 14th Jan 9am-4pm 
But I prefer the Wednesday"

Repeat the above if booking multiple appointments in advance 

For all services (excl. makeup) list multiple dates and times you're available, as it's unlikely i'll have availability on the one single date to fit you in, the more availability, the more chances of getting an appointment. 

For makeup appointments, list the date you need it done and your earliest available time and the latest time you can leave the salon.

A booking fee (deposit) is required for EVERY appointment for it to be confirmed, this is done using our booking system. Cost varies based on the duration of the service and covers the time lost due to last minute cancellation, cancellation due to lateness and no shows. The booking fee is subtracted from the final cost on the day of your appointment. You will be charged a termination fee of the deposit paid if: you dont show up to your appointment, late past 15 minutes leading to cancellation, cancellation within 24hrs. If you’d like to book recurring appointments (nails/lashes) please leave a few spaces and add your availability for your next appointment so you can book that too. For first time RBB clients i’d recommend 2 weeks between lash/nail appointments. If good lash retention you may go 3 weeks later on, with good nail retention you can go 3 weeks or longer but keep in mind you may be at risk of breakage and lifting. You must have 40% of lashes remaining for a refill so please follow your aftercare and book regular appointments otherwise you will need a full set appointment.

Ensure nail art inspo photo has been sent so we can send appointment slots ASAP! 

If you do not hear back from us within 48hrs, please contact us. We may be on holidays, extremely busy, or not seen your response yet! If longer without response, you may have been blocked due to previous no shows, or too many last minute cancellations. We check each clients information against our blocked list prior to booking in.
