Due to generous sponsors and donors, Poly Arts for Youth (PAFY) in-school workshops are completely free to K-12 teachers and schools in San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara Counties. 

Scheduling 
  1. Priority One: SLO County & Santa Barbara County public schools 
  2. Priority Two: Private and Homeschools

Within the tiers, workshops are awarded on a first come first serve basis. Teachers will be contacted in the order that the request is submitted. If the school fits all the logistical, timing and technical needs of the artist, we will schedule the artist visit. If the first respondent does not fit the needs, we will move to the second respondent. Currently, we are only offering 1 workshop per school given the great demand. 

Requirements: 
All teachers and their students are required to provide their feedback, thoughts and/or thank you notes after the workshop. This feedback is essential to keeping the program free of charge
