Booking Policy
Ages: 5+
The minimum age required to participate is 4yrs old with adult supervision. No exceptions!
Gratuity: 20% gratuity charge will automatically be added to the party package total upon the final payment.
Time: Please note that start and end times are based on your party, and can vary depending on the prompt arrival of attendees and how quickly attendees move through activities. Refunds will not be given to parties that start late or end early due to circumstances outside of our control.
Travel: Caden’s Financial Bus primary service area includes Atlanta within a 20-mile radius of the center of 30334. There will be a surcharge of $10 per mile outside of the central radius of 30334.
Final payment is due the WEDNESDAY before your party. Final payment must be paid via Zelle or Credit Card.
Unexpected Guests: Final confirmation on guest count is due the Wednesday before the scheduled party date. Because we are limited with space on the bus, its important to avoid unexpected guests the day of the party. Therefore, any additional guests added to your reservation within the 24 hours before start of party or day of the party (if space is available) will incur an additional $20 per person surcharge on top of the regular price per person plus tax and 20% gratuity. This will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
Pictures: Photography is allowed on the bus; However, NO VIDEO TAPING of any kind is permitted on the bus
In the event there are any mechanical issues with the bus on the date of the event; Customer has the option of cancelling the event and receive a full refund.
As availability tends to fill up quickly, our recommended booking window is at least two weeks prior to your event date. We’re happy to work with you upon availability, should you need to book a closer date.
Parking Approval/Space: Please make sure to acquire necessary approvals from your association prior to your party date. Caden Teaches will not be responsible if your party is canceled due to parking violations in your community. Caden Teaches Bus needs 47 feet of space to park the bus.
