Applicants must be AES Annual Meeting exhibitors in order to reserve an office on the show floor. A limited number of office rentals are available for small meetings. They may be used for limited extended hours beyond the exhibit floor hours. See the exhibitor prospectus (www.aesnet.org) for a list of inclusions, office hours, rules and regulation and more. For In Conjunction With (ICW) Meeting space, check www.aesnet.org to apply. ICW meeting space requests will open mid-late August 2020. Deadline: September 25, 2020.
