This group collaborates on events, presents proposals for change, and serves as a student group fighting to end oppression in all forms. For elections, please prepare a 2 to 5 minute presentation (slides, memes, videos, whatever works!) to explain who you are, the position(s) you are running for, and how you will reinvent this position! Zoom registration link will be sent after you have completed this application.

Executive Board Positions at-a-glance  
CHAIR(President):
Facilitate meetings
Prepare agendas for all business meetings
Act as the spokesperson for the Alliance
Have secondary signatory power in all transactions involving the expenditure of funds
Assist ASMSU Representative in the coordination, the introduction and oversight of bills

OFFICE MANAGER:
Document maintenance
Act as a historian
Make thorough records of business meetings and distribute them to the Executive Board and other interested persons
Hold at least one office hour per week

RHA REPRESENTATIVE:
Shall serve the Alliance and RHA as a voting representative for Alliance concern(s) on the RHA General Assembly
Shall attend regular RHA General Assembly and Committee meetings
Must fulfill RHA requirements for sitting on the RHA General Assembly

PUBLIC RELATIONS COORDINATOR:
Maintain Alliance website and all other forms of social media
Handle and direct all incoming/outgoing emails
Create fliers for events and other relevant topics
Create press releases for relevant events;
Promote organization though resource creation for outreach purposes.

CONFERENCE COORDINATOR:
Shall be responsible for the housing, transportation, as well as any
other travel accommodations, for any conferences to which the Alliance may sponsor a delegation
