I have read and understand the Market guidelines and understand that I am responsible for proper paperwork including any necessary permits, and for scheduling a farm visit where applicable. I understand that all spaces are to be prepaid or arrangements made with management the Thursday before I plan to set up or I will not be guaranteed a space. I also understand that any payment I make is non-refundable and while it guarantees me a space, space assignment is still left to the discretion of market management.
