In order for us to adhere to Government guidelines pertaining to the Covid-19 outbreak, and to ensure the sales complex is and remains to be a safe environment for both employees and clients alike, we are asking all attendees to complete the following form. This screening process is in the best interest of our employees and clients health.

GDPR: This data is being sought in line with the Tattersalls Ireland Data Protection Policy and COVID-19 Privacy Notice and the purpose of this questionnaire is to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of all employees and clients. The Company's approach to data retention is to only retain Personal Data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it is processed. The Company is committed to complying with the requirement to not hold Personal Data for longer than is reasonably necessary and will securely destroy or erase Personal Data when it is no longer required. Terms: By attending a Sale at Tattersalls Ireland, attendees acknowledge and agree that notwithstanding the risk mitigation strategies employed by Tattersalls Ireland in accordance with Government guidance, it is impossible to eliminate all risk and there remains the potential for unintended transmission of COVID-19 between attendees. All attendees must play their part in minimising the risk to themselves and others. Tattersalls Ireland reserves the right to refuse entry or eject from Tattersalls Ireland any attendee for any breach of COVID-19 requirements and or to restrict entry if numbers of authorised people per group of company is found to be excessive.   *
