Unattached Entry for AAT XC Meet 9/21/19

Complete and submit this form for each unattached athlete you want to enter in the AAT XC meet. See the meet flyer for location, time, and other relevant information. The meet flyer will also include an athlete waiver that needs to be printed and signed. If possible, please print, sign, scan and email it back to Gretchen at gretchen.nm.usatf@gmail.com.

Race distance for youth is determined by age group, which is determined by year of birth, not by age on the day of the race.
Per National USATF Youth guidelines the 2019 age groups are:
8U 2011 and higher;
9-10 2009-2010;
11-12 2007-2008;
13-14 2005-2006;
15-16 2003-2004;
17-18 2001-2002.
Adult age groups are based on age on the day of the race and are:
open: ages 18-29 and masters: ages 30 and older in 5-year increments.

There is no need to designate an event, as each gender and age group is assigned a race distance. Based on the gender and date of birth given below, the athlete will be placed in the correct event.

11-12 run a 3K
13-14 run a 4K
15-16 run a 5K
17-18 run a 5K
open run a 5K
masters run a 5K
