MARVEL Equipment Support
This form is for the lending of MARVEL components for students who are not part of MARVEL. 

Terms and Conditions:
  • I certify that all the information provided for the equipment support is true to the best of our knowledge.
  • I understand that I am solely responsible for the well-being and safe keeping of the borrowed equipment during the entire duration of the project.
  • I have informed my Faculty Coordinator/Guide about the equipment support. They will be held responsible for your actions.
  • I agree to handle the equipment with care, following all safety and usage guidelines provided by the MARVEL lab. Any malfunction, damage, or irregularity in the equipment must be reported to the MARVEL lab authorities immediately.
  • I confirm that I have not paid any amount to avail the equipment
  • In the event of a conflict arising for the required equipment, I will contact one of the lab coordinators promptly so that the stakeholders of the MARVEL lab are not adversely affected. I will adhere to their decision regarding the allocation of the equipment.
  • acknowledge that any damage or loss of equipment components that occur during the project will be my responsibility. I agree to adequately compensate for any such damages or losses, as assessed by MARVEL.
  • I agree that the equipment borrowed from MARVEL should not be taken out of the MARVEL premises. In exceptional cases where the equipment needs to be transported outside the lab premises for project-related purposes, I will seek prior approval from the lab coordinators and follow any guidelines or restrictions set by them.
  • I will return the borrowed equipment promptly upon completion of the project or when requested by the MARVEL lab authorities. The equipment should be returned in the same condition as when borrowed, normal wear and tear excepted.
  • The MARVEL lab  reserve the right to terminate the borrowal of equipment at any time, with or without cause, and may retrieve the equipment if necessary.
