The public is invited to provide comment regarding proposed Career and Technical Education (CTE) content standards. Content standards provide a road map for what students should know and be able to do by the end of each grade. South Dakota’s content standards are reviewed regularly, as required by state law. The review process involves a series of four public hearings hosted by the Board of Education Standards. Hearings are held in four locations across the state over a period of at least six months. During that time period, written comments are also accepted.
