Join us for a night of Yoga!
Join us in this gentle, cooling, and compassionate Yoga session. This class will give you the perfect opportunity to explore the calming and uplifting benefits of Yoga through movement, meditation and sound.
At the end of class, you’ll be treated with a comforting, Singing Bowl Savasana that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Please bring a mat, a bottle of water, and a blanket. You can also bring essential oils and an eye covering for Savasana, if you have these items at your disposal.
