Thanks for booking a trial session at our class, we are delighted to welcome you along.

You will receive a copy of this completed form by way of confirmation of your trial booking.

Our classes run term time only so please choose a trial date that is in term time; if you accidentally select a date in the school holidays we will automatically add you to the register for the first session back after the holidays. Clarification of our terms can be found on our website here.
