Please note that for subsequent proposals, there will be a non-refundable research fee of $45 for two quotes(flight, hotel, activities and rental car)  A service invoice will be sent after our initial consultation if you are planning to move forward.  However, a  group travel with over 10 travelers, for which a customized fee will be discussed based on the group size. Rest assured that we will discuss and agree upon the rate before initiating the research process to find the best deals for your group. Once the booking fee has been confirmed, we will send you a confirmation within 48-72 hours, along with travel quotes. If we are unable to provide a proposal in a timely manner, we will contact you via email or mobile message. We will also schedule a phone consultation to discuss the proposal before making a deposit.
