2024 Riverside Camp Registration

Come meet and learn from NEW Head Coach Kurt Banzhaf and current Lady Chargers!

FOR & TIME:  Riverside girls entering grades 8-12 (10:00-12:00), Riverside girls and boys entering grades 3-7 (1:00-2:30)

WHERE:  Riverside Cedar Site Multipurpose Gym

COST: $15– Make checks payable to Riverside Girls Basketball

*Registrations will be accepted until the date of the camp. However, t-shirts may not be available after May 20th. Extra Shirts were ordered but will be first come basis. Walk in's Welcome!

PARENT AGREEMENT AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

We (or I) hereby request that you accept this application for the 2024 Riverside Girls & Boys Basketball Camp. Upon your acceptance of this application, we (or I), whether one or more, hereby release Riverside Public School, Kurt Banzaf and all their respective employees and coaches from all claims on account of any injuries which may be sustained by our (or my) daughter or son while attending the Riverside Girls & Boys Basketball Camp. 

We (or I) also authorize the coaching staff to call medical personnel to treat our (or my) daughter or son in the event of illness or injury.
