All sessions have limited spots and are fulfilled on a first come, first served but be aware, if you fail to participate in the sessions without justification, your participation in following sessions may be blocked. (Please, check cancellation policy below). "This product is not available" reponse means session is complete and/or closed for enrollment.
ORAL TEST - Internal Competition (all COM profiles): practice will cover both presentation (8 min format) and interview (this sessions are specific for the Commission Internal Competitions AD5, AD8, AD10, AD12, AST4 and AST3)
ORAL TEST, SCBI and CBI+FRI: each session costs 90€. After 5 sessions, the 6th is free of charge.
Sessions must be paid in advance, if not, YSE reserves the right to acccept the candidate in the session. Please, note that your booking is confirmed once you have completed the payment and get your confirmation. Otherwise YSE reserves the right to cancel your participation in the training session.

Cancellation policy
Please, note that our services are on specific dates, with personalized practice and contain access to video recordings from the very first moment of the purchase.
If the training session is cancelled by YSE, full participation fees will be refunded to the candidate.
If you choose to withdraw from a session booking you have a 14-day refund period after your payment. Within this period:
- Cancellation up to 6 working days before the session's date: 100% refund
- Cancellation 5-4 working days before the session's date: 50% refund
- Cancellations from 3 or less working days before the session's date: NO REFUND
- Not participating / no-show: NO REFUND
