Explanation of GDPR
The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA).

We need you to approve the collection of your anonymous data in order to be able to analyze them for our survey.

In providing the data in this survey, you agree that the data (i) will only be accessible in their full form to the students of Promise program and their teachers; (ii) will be used to understand the opinions about P4 medicine and to adapt future surveys; (iii) will be used within the scope of Promise program and will not be given to any third parties outside of the Promise program; and (iv) that the results of the survey might be used for publication purposes.
