International Mental Health Cooperation and Training Center Taiwan, (IMHCTC) is an institution under the authority of the Ministry of Health and Welfare of government of Taiwan. The center is composed of five leading psychiatric hospitals in Taiwan; Kaohsiung Municipal Kai-Syuan Psychiatric Hospital, Tsaotun Psychiatric Center, Taipei Veterans General Hospital Yuli Branch, Tri-Service General Hospital Beitou Branch, Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital, National Sun Yat-sen University and Kaohsiung Medical University Chung-Ho Memorial Hospital . The purpose of this center is to integrate Taiwan’s mental health network and to collaborate with international mental health institutions by the path of exchanging knowledge through introducing Taiwan's distinguished community rehabilitation programs psychiatric as well as hospital management for Southern Asian countries.

IMHCTC Training Program 2022 aims at mental health collaboration with Southeast Asia and providing on-site training courses in Taiwan for trainees of Southeast Asia nationalities.
