Lunch arrangements Saturday and Sunday noon.
The race schedule has a larger break to go for lunch on Saturday and Sunday. We have arranged a catering company to serve good warm meals for low prices. Because of this we can work more efficiently as an organization and it helps to avoid Corona problems. The time schedules are planned on Saturday and Sunday to take a longer break to sit for a warm lunch. So, the organization and the referees will use these moments to reload for the 2nd half of the program.
The price for a single lunch is €8,00.

The participants order their lunch by registering for the races. Take note that the participants have a unique chance to have reduced prices because of the combination: races + lunches.  The participant lunch ticket(s) are marked on name.
For structuring the groups of people at the catering queues, we are working on developing a protocol in combination with possibly an application that can help this. We will further inform you as soon as possible.

RECEIVING LUNCH TICKETS:
We are considering what to do for overhanding the lunch tickets. We are exploring the options to make this fully automated to send by email, or we will send this manually by email.
In case this is not working we will deliver the tickets at the begin of the tournament or we will check your name to see your order at the catering.
In the end, this will be fine. We will inform you as soon as possible on this.
